- Power-cycle at the breaker. 30 seconds off. The drive needs that long to bleed its DC bus capacitors. If the fault clears and the pump runs the schedule for the next 24 hours, you logged a transient.
- Check the flow path. A 0023 with a clean basket and open valves is not a flow problem — it is a suction-side air leak. Wet the lid o-ring, check the union o-rings on the suction side, and watch for air bubbles in the strainer pot at speed.
