Agreement
By using the Florida's Best Pools website or requesting service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.
Service Scope
We provide residential and light commercial pool cleaning, maintenance, chemistry balancing, equipment inspection, and repair within our South Florida service area. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Weekly service runs on a consistent route day. We’ll notify you in advance when a holiday or weather event shifts a visit. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel ongoing service by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit.
Payment
Weekly service is billed monthly in advance. Repairs and one-time services are billed upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause service until the account is brought current.
Warranty & Liability
Equipment repairs and replacements are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty plus our workmanship guarantee. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
