Manufacturer warranty preserved (Diamond Brite, Pebble Tec, etc.)
All work performed by trusted licensed partners
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners with surfaces 7–10+ years old, visible staining, cracks, etched plaster, or missing tile.

Pool Heater Repair & Replacement

Heat pumps, gas heaters, and solar — diagnosed right, fixed honestly, sized correctly.

Heater not heating, throwing an error code, leaking, or shutting off too soon? We diagnose heat pumps, gas heaters, and solar across every major brand — Hayward, Raypak, Pentair, AquaCal, Jandy. We start with the cheapest likely cause (a clogged filter chokes flow and is behind a huge share of "dead" heaters), then give you an honest repair-or-replace recommendation. Any repair or component replacement is quoted in writing, approved by you first, and performed by our trusted licensed partners. We also catch what most companies miss: bad water chemistry and wrong-sized, mis-plumbed equipment quietly destroying your heater.

Full heater diagnostic — flow, ignition, error codes, pressure
Filter/flow check first (the #1 cause of a heater that won't fire)
Error code analysis (flow faults, HP/high-pressure, ignition lockout)
Heat pump compressor + coil service scope
Gas valve, burner, and igniter service scope
Heat exchanger inspection — repair-or-replace recommendation
Honest repair-vs-replace math (new heater ≈ $5K–$7K; major component ≈ $4K–$5K)
Correct heater sizing + diverter/plumbing check to stop premature failures
Repairs and component replacement performed by our trusted licensed partners
Ideal for: South Florida homeowners with a heater that won't heat, throws codes, leaks, or is 10+ years old and due for a repair-or-replace decision.

Commercial & HOA Pool Service

Department-of-Health-compliant service for HOAs, condos, and managed properties — we maintain the equipment that keeps pools open.

Most community pools in Palm Beach and Broward don't fail because the water gets dirty — they fail because nobody touches the equipment that keeps it clean. Our commercial program splits the job in two: a service tech does the cleaning, and a dedicated maintenance tech runs a separate route whose only job is loading every chemical croc and keeping the feeders and filters working. CPO C-105377 and FPPS #600551 certified, built around what the Department of Health actually shuts pools down for.

Multiple service visits per week per the pool's required schedule
Dedicated chemical-delivery + equipment route (crocs loaded, feeders kept running)
Chlorine + acid feeder and croc service on every body of water (pool + spa)
Flow + filter-pressure checks against permit spec
Full chemistry including the stabilizer most companies skip
Autofill + gutter water-level set for proper skimming
Safety-equipment check (life ring, shepherd's hook, code signage)
CPO-supervised, FPPS-trained technicians
Ideal for: HOA boards, condo associations, and property managers running public pools — including pools already closed by the Department of Health.

Pool Filter Deep-Clean Service

A hose rinse is not a filter cleaning. This is what actually restores flow.

Cartridge, DE, and sand filters all clog with two things a garden hose cannot remove: sunscreen and body oils bound into the pleats, and calcium scale from South Florida's hard fill water. We strip the filter down, soak the media in a degreaser and then an acid bath, inspect every band, gasket, grid, and lateral, and reassemble it to spec — then verify the pressure drop on the gauge before we leave. If the media is past saving, you get the honest call and a written replacement quote instead of a cleaning that won't hold.

Full teardown — housing opened, media removed, o-rings and clamp bands inspected
Two-stage soak: degreaser for sunscreen and body oils, then acid bath for calcium scale
Individual pleat, grid, or lateral inspection — tears, collapsed cores, channeling
Manifold, standpipe, air-relief, and pressure-gauge check
O-ring and gasket lubrication (replacement quoted if cracked or flattened)
Reassembly to manufacturer torque spec, then a live pressure test
Clean-baseline pressure recorded so you know when it's due again
Honest replace-vs-clean call with a written quote if the media is done
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners whose filter pressure sits 8+ psi above its clean baseline, whose returns have gone weak, or whose water stays cloudy no matter what the chemistry says.

Pre-Purchase Pool Inspection

Before you close, find out what the pool is really going to cost you.

Your home inspector gives the pool a ninety-second visual glance — that is not a pool inspection, and it isn't their fault; it's outside their scope. A dedicated pre-purchase pool inspection runs the equipment under load, pressure-tests the plumbing, reads the salt cell's actual output, evaluates the plaster and the screen enclosure, and gives you a written report with real repair numbers while you're still inside your inspection contingency. Buyers routinely discover $1,400–$12,000 of deferred maintenance the seller already knew about — in time to negotiate it or walk.

Pump tested under load — amp draw, priming, seal and impeller condition
Heater fired and run to temperature (a heater that starts is not a heater that works)
Salt cell output measured against its rated production, not just its display
Plumbing pressure test — suction and return lines, valves, unions
Filter opened and media inspected, with remaining service life estimated
Plaster / Diamond Brite condition — etching, mottling, hollow spots, remaining life
Screen enclosure structural check — anchors, corroded fasteners, panel damage
Automation and pool light function and safety check
Calibrated 7-point water chemistry baseline (tells you how the pool was maintained)
Written report with photos and itemized 2026 repair costs, delivered for your contingency window
Ideal for: Buyers under contract on a South Florida home with a pool, and their agents — anyone who needs a defensible repair number before the inspection contingency expires.

Commercial Spa, Hot Tub & Therapy Pool Service

Public-spa compliance, run as a program instead of a panic.

Certified-operator water management for commercial spas, hot tubs, therapy pools, and wellness-facility vessels across South Florida. Chemistry inside 64E-9 ranges, the daily log written the day it happened, and an operator of record who answers the phone when the health department shows up.

Scheduled service visits sized to bather load, not to a residential route
Chemistry held inside public-spa ranges, not homeowner ranges
Free and combined sanitizer tested every visit
Turnover and circulation verified against the vessel's requirement
Filter service and equipment-room inspection
Safety equipment check: emergency shutoff, drain covers, signage, depth marker
Daily-log system set up and maintained for inspection readiness
Certified operator of record for the facility
Documented incident and closure protocol
Ideal for: Med spas, wellness centers, gyms and recovery studios, physical therapy and aquatic therapy clinics, hotels, clubs, and HOA or condominium spa amenities.

Cold Plunge & Contrast Therapy Water Service

The vessel with the highest bather load and the least oversight.

Water management for cold plunges and contrast therapy suites — commercial and residential. Cold water slows disinfection while holding a steady sanitizer reading, which is exactly why plunges go bad without ever looking like it.

Full chemistry test including combined sanitizer, the reading plunges actually fail on
Sanitizer program sized for low-temperature disinfection, not copied from a pool
Cartridge service and rotation
Chiller loop inspection, purge, and airflow check
Drain, shell clean, refill, and rebalance on a load-driven schedule
Contrast suites: separate protocol and log per vessel
Written testing routine your staff or household can follow between visits
Ideal for: Gyms, recovery studios, med spas, and wellness lounges running commercial plunges — plus homeowners with a chilled, recirculating plunge or a tri-temp backyard installation.

Pool Tile Cleaning & Calcium Removal

That white band on your tile is calcium scale, not dirt. It does not scrub off.

South Florida fill water comes out of a limestone aquifer at 250–350 ppm calcium hardness. As water evaporates off the surface, the calcium it was carrying stays behind and bonds to the waterline tile — which is why the white band keeps coming back no matter how hard anyone scrubs it. We assess the scale, match the method to the tile (pumice for light film, glass-bead blasting for hard scale), and correct the water chemistry that caused it so it does not return in six months.

Scale assessment — depth, hardness, and how much of it is scale versus staining
Tile-material check before any method is chosen (glass, stone, and pebble behave differently)
Pumice-stone cleaning for light film and fresh deposits
Glass-bead blasting for hardened scale that pumice will not lift
Grout-line inspection, with loose or failing tile flagged before we work on it
Full LSI-based chemistry rebalance so the scale does not immediately return
Optional tile sealing to slow redeposition
Before-and-after photos on your service report
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners with a white or gray band along the waterline tile that will not brush off — most often on pools filled from hard municipal or well water, and worst on pools that run warm or have a spillover feature.

Pool Leak Detection

Find it before anyone cuts concrete. The bad guess costs more than the detection.

A pool that keeps dropping is either evaporating or leaking, and the difference is a bucket and 24 hours. Once a leak is confirmed, finding it is the whole job — we run a staged diagnostic (bucket test, dye at the suspect fittings, pump-on versus pump-off isolation, then pressure-testing the suction and return lines separately) to narrow the source before anything gets opened up. Detection is our work. The repair itself is performed by our trusted licensed partners, quoted in writing and approved by you before it starts.

Bucket test confirmation — leak versus evaporation, so you are not paying to chase weather
Loss-rate measurement to size the problem and set urgency
Pump-on / pump-off isolation to separate pressure-side from suction-side from shell
Dye testing at skimmer throats, light niches, returns, and main-drain fittings
Equipment-pad inspection — unions, seals, valves, filter and heater connections
Pressure testing of suction and return lines individually where the leak is underground
A written finding with the location, the likely cause, and photos
Repair quoted in writing and performed by our trusted licensed partners
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners losing more than a quarter-inch a day, watching a water bill climb with an autofill quietly covering the loss, or seeing a soggy patch in the yard, wet equipment pad, or deck settling near the pool.

Pool Acid Wash

A stained pool is not always a resurfacing job. Usually it is a wash.

An acid wash removes a thin layer of stained or scaled plaster and gives you back the surface without the cost of resurfacing — roughly a tenth of the price on a pool whose plaster is still structurally sound. We inspect first, because the honest answer is sometimes that you do not need one, and sometimes that you need resurfacing instead. When it is the right call we handle the whole sequence: permits and water disposal, the drain, the wash, neutralizing the runoff, refill, and the 28-day plaster startup that decides whether the refresh lasts five years or one.

Pre-wash inspection — confirming the plaster is sound enough to wash rather than resurface
Drain permitting and wastewater neutralization where the municipality requires it
Water-table and drain-timing assessment before the pool comes down
Controlled drain, then a full rinse and second inspection of the empty shell
Sectioned acid wash, top-down, rinsed section by section
Soda-ash neutralization of all runoff, with pH tested before discharge
Refill coordination from a single source at a controlled rate
The 28-day plaster startup protocol — daily brushing, no shock, managed pH and alkalinity
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners with embedded algae or mineral staining, uniform discoloration, or post-green-pool stain ghosting on plaster that is still structurally sound — no widespread cracking, delamination, or exposed aggregate.

Pool Equipment Repair

Diagnosed with a meter and a flow test, not a guess. Quoted before anything is ordered.

When something on the equipment pad quits, the expensive mistake is replacing the wrong thing. We diagnose the actual failure — capacitor versus windings, lost prime versus fouled impeller, a starved heater versus a dead one — and give you the repair-or-replace math in writing before any part is ordered. Repair and replacement work is performed by our trusted licensed partners, approved by you first. No surprise invoices, and no incentive on our side to find an expensive problem.

Full equipment-pad diagnostic — pump, motor, filter, heater, salt cell, valves, automation
Pump and motor diagnosis by multimeter and flow test, not by ear
Repair-or-replace recommendation with the payback math, in writing
Filter evaluation with an honest rebuild-versus-replace call
Heater troubleshooting, including the flow faults that masquerade as dead heaters
Salt cell output measured under load, with remaining life estimated
Automation and timer diagnostic, including schedule and error-log review
All repair and replacement performed by our trusted licensed partners
Ideal for: South Florida pool owners with a pump that hums and won't spin, a heater throwing a flow fault, weak returns, a dripping seal plate, a salt cell reading low, or a breaker that trips every time the system starts.
