SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

Program Description

Florida's Best Pools operates a text-messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about pool service. By providing your mobile phone number through our website, a paper form, by phone, or in writing, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Account & service messages — appointment confirmations, technician en-route notices, scheduling changes, service reports, water-chemistry results, equipment notifications, invoices, and replies to questions you have sent us.
  • Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in) — seasonal promotions, pool-care tips, and updates about our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the service you have requested. Most customers receive a handful of messages per month tied to scheduled visits and account events.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent to or from your device. Check your mobile plan for details. Florida's Best Pools does not charge for any of the messages you receive from us.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to start receiving messages from us again, sign up using the same form or contact us directly.

In addition to STOP, the following keywords will also opt you out: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent & Eligibility

Consent to receive text messages from Florida's Best Pools is not a condition of purchasing any service. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to enroll in this messaging program. By enrolling, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number.

Privacy

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us send messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS platform), and only as needed to deliver those messages. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the messaging program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
