Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Florida's Best Pool Service.

Quote Reminders & Form Abandonment

Florida's Best Pool Serviceis a pool service company. We do not operate an online shopping cart or sell products through this website, so we do not send “abandoned cart” text messages in the e-commerce sense.

If you begin filling out a quote, contact, or scheduling form on our website and do not complete it, we may use website cookies and the information you have already provided (such as your name, email, or phone number) to determine that the form was left incomplete and to send you a one-time reminder by email or text message about finishing your request. These reminders are treated as transactional messages tied to your interaction with our site. You can opt out of text reminders at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of email reminders by replying or clicking unsubscribe.

Email

When you provide your email address, we may send you transactional email related to your service (quotes, invoices, appointment confirmations, water chemistry reports, and replies to your questions) and, if you opt in, occasional marketing email about pool-care tips and promotions.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing message or by emailing info@floridasbestpools.com. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing email, we may still send you transactional email about your active service or account.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, understand how visitors use the site, and track whether you have started but not completed one of our forms (so we can send the quote-reminder messages described above). • Service address you provide on our forms. We use this to confirm you are within our South Florida service area, dispatch technicians, and price your service. We do not share your service address with third parties except service providers who help us schedule or perform the work.
• Approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address by our analytics tools. This is used in aggregate to understand which areas our site visitors come from. It is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect real-time GPS or device-precision location from your phone or computer through this website, and we do not use location data for advertising or location-based marketing. Our mobile-messaging program does not track your device location.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

We retain your information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period after to satisfy tax, accounting, warranty, and legal obligations.
