Why this beats a clock-in job

You own the relationship

You're not punching a clock waiting on a manager. You build a route, you own the customer relationships, and the better you are, the more you carry.

The schedule is yours

Start around 7, done by 2 or 3. A lot of our guys work Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri and take Fridays off. You're a 1099 contractor — the schedule is yours to build.

More pools = more money

There's no ceiling. Take on more pools when you want more. Most techs are at $4k+/month after a couple months once they've found their rhythm.

Real skills that compound

Weekly route is the foundation. Equipment repair is where the real money starts. We train on both — techs who add repair work to their routes earn well beyond the base.

What you'll do

  • Run a weekly route: skimming, vacuuming, chemical balancing, equipment checks
  • Spot problems early and flag them — that's how you protect equipment and build trust
  • Represent the brand well with discerning homeowners
  • Optional: pick up repair work and referrals for more income

What you bring

  • Valid driver's license and a truck or similar vehicle (rear ball hitch a plus for gear hauling)
  • Able to work outdoors in the Florida heat and lift 75 lbs
  • Reliable, professional, and good with people
  • Experience helpful but not required — we'll get you up to speed
