What you'll earn
No ceiling on what you make. More pools = more income. Equipment repair is where the real money starts once you're rolling.
Why this beats a clock-in job
We pay more, and expect more
Our pay is above the local going rate, and so is the standard. Every pool gets a higher level of care than the typical route: thorough cleaning, careful chemistry, and a real look at the equipment. If that is how you already work, you will earn well here.
You own the relationship
You're not punching a clock waiting on a manager. You build a route, you own the customer relationships, and the better you are, the more you carry.
The schedule is yours
Start around 7, done by 2 or 3. A lot of our guys work Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri and take Fridays off. Full-time and part-time routes are both open.
More pools = more money
There's no ceiling. Take on more pools when you want more. About 70 pools a week clears $4k+/month. If you want to, you can run 90+ pools, add some sales, and pick up repairs or other jobs like acid washes to make much more.
Real skills that compound
Weekly route is the foundation. Equipment repair is where the real money starts. We train on both — techs who add repair work to their routes earn well beyond the base.
