Pool Service in Lotus

Boca Raton, FL · 33496, 33498

Lotus pool service — 805 modern homes plus Lotus Palm and Lotus Edge, west Boca.

Servicing Lotus

Lotus is the newest community on our route — GL Homes' contemporary west Boca development, original phase built 2019–2023 with 805 modern single-family homes. Add the newer Lotus Palm phase (~655 homes) and Lotus Edge phase (~655 homes) and the combined community runs roughly 2,115 homes. Pools here are uniformly new: salt systems, Diamond Brite or pebble finishes, variable-speed pumps, Pentair or Jandy automation. Easy work? Not exactly. New equipment fails the most when warranty is still active and nobody is watching — salt cells scaling from unmonitored pH, automation glitches that get blamed on the homeowner, equipment-pad layouts that look great until the first tropical storm. We treat the early-ownership window as the most important one. Chemistry tight, equipment-pad photos every visit, warranty paperwork on file. Estimated ~700–800 pools in the original Lotus phase alone, more across Palm and Edge.
